By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, additional consumer rights may apply. Business and API usage is governed by separate business terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information and should be reviewed alongside these Terms.
Bible Reworded is a faith-based, AI-assisted platform designed to help users engage with the Bible through reworded explanations, contextual guidance, and devotional insights across multiple translations.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and may not share credentials with others.
If you use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
Subject to these Terms, you may access and use the Services for lawful, personal purposes.

Our Services may include software that updates automatically. Some components may include open-source software governed by separate licenses.
If you register using an email address owned by an organization, your account may be transferred to that organization’s managed account, and administrators may control or access Content associated with that account.
The Services may include third-party software or content (“Third-Party Services”). Bible Reworded is not responsible for Third-Party Services or Third-Party Output.
You may provide feedback voluntarily. Bible Reworded may use feedback without restriction or compensation.
You may submit information, text, or other materials (“Input”) and receive responses generated by the Services (“Output”). Input and Output are collectively “Content.”
You are responsible for your Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to provide Input.
You retain ownership of the content, text, or other materials you submit to the Services (“Input”).
Subject to these Terms, Bible Reworded grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content generated by the Services (“Output”) for your personal, non-commercial use.
Output may include material derived from public-domain or licensed biblical texts, explanatory content, or system-generated responses.
Bible Reworded does not transfer ownership of any biblical texts, translations, software, prompts, models, service components, or other intellectual property underlying the Services. Use of licensed Bible translations remains subject to applicable licensor rights and restrictions.
Output may not be unique. Similar or identical responses may be generated for other users. Your rights do not extend to Output generated for others.
We may use Content to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and enforce the Services and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use personal Content for advertising.
The Services use automated and AI-assisted systems. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or contain errors.
You understand and agree that Output is provided for informational, devotional, and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional, pastoral, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You must independently evaluate any Output before relying on it.
Bible Reworded does not encourage, promote, endorse, or support self-harm, suicide, violence, illegal activity, or harm to oneself, other persons, animals, or property. You are solely responsible for your actions and decisions made based on your use of the Services.
Bible Reworded is not responsible or liable for any harm, injury, loss, or damages resulting from actions taken by users based on Output, including actions involving self-harm, harm to others, or damage to property.
If you or someone you know is experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide, please seek immediate help from a qualified professional or local emergency services.
Bible Reworded and its affiliates own all rights, title, and interest in the Services. You may use our name and branding only in accordance with our Brand Guidelines.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
Payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated herein or where required by law.
If an annual plan is terminated before the plan end date:
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges except as described above.
Subscription prices may be updated effective October 1 of any calendar year.
If a price change is scheduled, we will provide advance notice through an in-app notification prior to October 1. The updated price will apply beginning with your first renewal occurring on or after October 1 of that year.
Price changes will not apply retroactively. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the new price takes effect.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if:
Inactive free accounts may be terminated after one year with notice.
If we discontinue the Services, we will provide advance notice and refund any prepaid, unused amounts where applicable.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
USE OF OUTPUT IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIBLE REWORDED WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
If you are a business or organization, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bible Reworded from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation by emailing customer_support@biblereworded.com.
Before arbitration, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us at customer_support@biblereworded.com.
Arbitration will be administered by National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM) under its rules.
Disputes must be brought individually. Class or representative actions are not permitted.
